Shipping Policies
Orders are shipped via USPS. Gordon's does not ship FedEx or other shipping forwarders. Shipments are FOB our Nevada warehouse. Gordon's accepts responsibility for shipment up to delivery USPS.
Return Policies
Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of order. You must contact us regarding any returns at [email protected]. The product must be returned in its original packaging and unopened. Gordon's cannot accept Chain & Closeouts for return. If it is Gordon's error it will be corrected to your satisfaction and a refunded of the return shipping charges. If you are returning because you no longer want the product we do not refund the shipping charges and you must pay the return shipping cost and a restocking fee.
Payments
We do not have open accounts. We accept payment in for form of company check, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. If paying by credit card, please make sure the billing address you have matches the one that appears on your credit card statement.
Prices
Due to the volatility of the metals and over sea's markets, prices are subject to increases and or decreases without notice. Gordon's will make an effort to keep the prices up to date via the internet and through your sales reps. Gordon's does not offer quantity discounts. For the reason that not all bead stores compete on the same level. Most companies that offer quantity discounts do so because they are also selling retail, which are your customers.
